John Kelly, Co-Founder

Michael Kelly, Manager of Compliance Services & Business Development

Catherine Sage, Compliance Analyst

She has worked as an adoption caseworker, grant writer, and most recently as the Director of Children’s Ministry for her church. She currently serves as compliance analyst for the company’s various client projects.[/ultimate_modal]
Kim Carson, Business Manager

Today, Kim is one of our key business managers working alongside the co-founders of our company in the ever changing world that we call the “Music Business”.[/ultimate_modal]
Meagan Kelly, Director of Marketing & Client Services

After graduating, Meagan moved to Nashville and began working in the events and marketing industry. In the past 5+ years, she has built strong relationships with clients and business partners, supervised staff, made daily management decisions & used social media to help promote a successful business.  Currently, she is using her skills and experience to develop new clients for Sorgente and working with Sorgente clients on a variety of projects.[/ultimate_modal]
Rhonda Aldridge, Compliance Analyst

Teresa Kelly, Co-Founder

Teresa has spent 30+ years designing and directing events and has worked with large corporations, schools, churches and nonprofits.  Through the design of new fundraising events, directing existing events, grant writing, designing direct mail campaigns and more, she has been directly involved with raising millions of dollars in funds.  Working with businesses, she has directed and coordinated events ranging from department trainings to large, international incentive sales reward trips.  Sorgente Consulting clients can now take advantage of her experience, creativity and strong work ethic to ensure their event success as well.
